All parties require a £50 deposit to hold and secure your date, the remainder of your balance will be paid on the day of your party.

Of course! We understand this can make things much easier, if you speak with our receptionists or email us and let us know how much you would like to pay we can send you a payment link for this amount, this will be deducted from your party balance. Parties must be paid in full on the day of the party, i.e. instalments can be paid in advance but not after the party has occurred.

Our parties include your party room, platters of food for party guests, unlimited jugs of juice, deserts and reserved tables for parents.

We aim to have your room ready 15 minutes before your arrival, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee your room any earlier that this.

Absolutely if you wish, you can bring tablecloths and your own themed plates etc. if you wish, however, it is not necessary. Unfortunately, we do not allow banners to be stuck or pinned up at all as it damages our paintwork, however, please bring as many balloons as you like!

Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover any outside entertainers so we cannot allow these at our parties.

We will ask each parent on arrival of your party guests to check for food allergies and our chef will absolutely be able to cater for them, their meal will be served separately from the party platter and labelled to avoid confusion or cross contamination. If you would like to discuss this in more detail please do not hesitate to give us a call.

Yes absolutely bring a birthday cake, we even have a separate table for you to display this in your party room and we can provide you with a knife to cut it for your guests, however we do not allow additional snack to be brought into our premises. Crisps, sweets and other items can be purchased from our onsite café.

We do not provide party bags as part of our party package and your are welcome to bring your own, however we do have a number of extras that you can add to your party including candyfloss, balloon trees and bags o suits from Curious Candy, these can be added at the time of booking your party or added at a later date by speaking to our receptionist.

Our onsite café is available for snacks and meals, you could also look at our party package add ons for adults. We have a tea, coffee and biscuits package and a hot food platter available.

Absolutely you can add teas, coffees or anything from our café. Please just let your host know you wish to start a tab and this can be arranged for you. The bill will then be brought to you at the end of your party.

Please don’t worry this happened and we expect it! Our minimum number is 8 providing your n umber are over this we will reduce your bill so you only pay for the children who arrive. For example if you book for 18 and only 12 arrive on the day we will adjust your bill to pay for 12. If however you book for 10 and 7 children are at the party you will pay for the minimum number of 8 full price children.

We ask that our parties are for a minimum number of 8 full priced children, we can add on a special price for those under 2 so they can be catered for. If you do not want these children to be catered for and wish them to play only we recommend booking them into a play session to ensure we have space..

Of course, however we strongly recommend that parents book their play spot as we cannot guarantee entry if we are at capacity.

Yes of course, providing you have booked a room that can hold more children we can absolutely add them for you, please just call our team or email us and we can arrange this for you.

Unfortunately it is very likely that we will need your room so we do ask that you stick to your 2 hour timeslot, if you really wish to stay on we would ask that you use our online booking system to book a play slot following your party to ensure we have space for you.
