Happy Town Membership offers:
Unlimited entry to our soft play centre 7 days a week
Please note that sharing your membership is not permitted and may result in termination.
Any membership with multiple children need to be siblings.

£15 per month for first child
£10 for additional children

Happy Town Membership gives you:

• Unlimited entry to our soft play centre 7 days a week (advanced booking is required)
• 10% discount on birthdays parties

No joining fee or contract, we require one months notice of cancellation

Terms & conditions

1. Membership entitles the names child free entry 7 days per week, prebooking is essential. If no booking has been made we reserve the right to refuse entry should maximum capacity be reached.
2. Play sessions are for 2 hours – and limited to one session per day
3. Membership is non-refundable
4. Fees and charges are reviewed periodically. Members will be given one months written notice of any changes.
5. If any member shall, in the reasonable opinion of Happy Town, cause nuisance to other members, guests or staff, misuse the centre, breach centre rules or behave in any way in which the centre deems inappropriate Happy Town reserves the right to refuse entry and/or terminate the membership.
6. Happy Town may need to review and amend these terms on occasion. Details of any changes will be communicated and will be visible on our website.
7. It is your responsibility to cancel the Bankers Order with your bank
8. Membership does not include entry to any special events
9. If member do not show up for more that 2 pre-booked sessions in a rolling month, we reserve the right to terminate your membership without notice
10. Membership does not guarantee entry to Happy Town should maximum capacity be reached.
